Man accused of murder in 2021 found and arrested by Youngstown police
A man accused of murder in 2021 was caught by federal authorities on June 19 and taken to Youngstown on Tuesday to answer to charges. The incident occurred in 2021 when a man named Damon Irby Jr. was killed on the 3400 block of Market Street in Youngstown. An 18-year-old woman was also shot and injured during the incident.
