A Canton man has been arrested in connection to a Saturday evening shooting in Goodyear Heights that left four people injured, including a 4-year-old child. Delrico Carmona, 25, was arrested at his residence Sunday by members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, according to Akron police. He was charged with four counts of felonious assault.
Brookfield Police investigating blast that left at least six homeowners' windows broken
Police in Brookfield are investigating after several homeowners in Masury called regarding some sort of blast that caused windows to break for at least six people. According to Brookfield Police Chief Aaron Kasiewicz, the incident happened around 10:45 p.m. on the Fourth of July on the 7900 Block of Bud Street in Masury when people were shooting off fireworks.
