North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University has announced the name of its incoming chancellor. The UNC System Board of Governors’ Committee on Personnel broke the news on June 21.
James Martin, [a civil engineer with experience at three large public research universities] this part is word for word as the report we linked to earlier; let’s rephrase into our words , will begin his term on Aug. 15. He will be succeeding Chancellor Harold L. Martin Sr. after being in the role for 15 years.
Can we devote 1-2 paragraphs to Martin? There’s some good info about his experience in the Fox 8 story we linked to earlier?
Also, are they father/son by chance since they share the same last name? If so, can we briefly mention that earlier?

Martin Sr. had some final words before ending his term.
