Body of missing swimmer recovered in Pike County
The body of a missing swimmer was recovered in Pike County. National Park Service rangers and dive team members from Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and Upper Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River and volunteers from the Milford Fire Department, Milford Ambulance, Port Jervis and Bushkill Dive Teams, and Dingman Township, Sparrowbush, and Huguenot Dive Rescue Teams searched for a missing man who was last seen swimming in the Delaware River at Milford Beach on Saturday afternoon around 3:15 pm.

WAYNE COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Wayne County was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for his role in COVID-19 pandemic fraud schemes. Christopher Miller, 36, formerly of Newfoundland, was sentenced last week to 149 months in prison following his convictions of bank fraud, aggravated identity theft, and unlawful monetary transactions.
