The fewer ingredients a meal consists of the higher quality those ingredients need to be. When dealing with only a handful, an inferior ingredient can sink an entire recipe. That is especially the case with pasta and sauces. While cheap spaghetti and tomato sauce are doable (especially when on a budget), it doesn’t take much to elevate the quality of your dinner. Higher-quality ingredients can take a basic plate of spaghetti and turn it into a five-star dinner. If you are a lover of quality sauce or pasta, you’re in luck, because a local favorite food truck is returning to metro Phoenix and will be opening a physical location in the coming months.

Good quality pasta and sauce don’t need to cost an arm and a leg. If you visited the recently opened Giada De Laurentiis restaurants and hoped to duplicate her recipes at home, you might have balked when realizing she charges $11 for a pound of pasta on her website. Thankfully, you don’t have to pay that kind of a name-recognition surcharge when grabbing dinner at Saint Pasta.

Saint Pasta has developed an impressive following in the Valley over the years. Whether from serving up delicious goodies out of a food truck or hawking vodka pasta sauce from its website, Saint Pasta continues to do everything in its power to offer quality, locally produced pasta, sauce, pizza, and other items. Up until recently, if you had a craving for some of the food truck’s food you could only order the vodka sauce from its website. But soon, you’ll be able to stop by and enjoy an entire meal.

Saint Pasta has yet to announce an official location for the restaurant, other than it will be opening in Downtown Phoenix sometime this fall. The exact location and grand opening dates will come soon enough, and the best way to stay on top of any and all announcements is to follow Saint Pasta’s Instagram page.

Local pasta lovers were immediately enthusiastic about the announcement. In just three days the social post received over 2,000 likes and 250 comments. The social page has also seen its own following numbers grow, as now over 15,000 people are following Saint Pasta.

If you’re looking for work, Saint Pasta is currently looking for four cooks, two servers, two bartenders, and one host. Either way, if you’re a lover of from-scratch pasta that brings all of the flavors (without the hefty name-recognition tax), stay tuned for upcoming location announcements.
