PONTIAC, MI – A Michigan man has been sentenced to 26 to 50 years in prison for the rape and beating of his ex-girlfriend, authorities announced. Grosse Pointe, MI – Tecumseh Area Little League won a tight contest against Richmond Little League on Thursday, 5-4, and captured a State Championship. Tecumseh defeated Georgetown 6-1 in the semifinal game earlier this week to earn the right to play in the championship game. With the win Thursday, Tecumseh Area Little League will play in the Great Lakes Regional. The double-elimination bracket features the winners from Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. According to the Little League website, Tecumseh will play the team from Kentucky at 10am August 3rd. The winner of that game will play the team from Ohio at 4pm August 4th.
