SPCA launches campaign to encourage adopting mature dogs
HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA has launched a new campaign to educate folks on the importance of adopting adult dogs. It’s called “Mutt-urity” and it’s to show that for most dog breeds, once they turn two years old, they are fully matured, meaning their personality and behaviors are pretty set.
