The U.S. Marshals are searching for a kidnapping suspect, sex offender and wanted felon who escaped from police custody and was last seen on the city's West Side after kidnapping the same woman a second time, Grove City police announced Friday.

Quinntel Bagley, 38, was last seen by the female victim in the Hilltop area early Friday morning, said police. The woman told police that Bagley had kidnapped her from her home for the second time in Grove City and drove her over to the Hilltop area. The female victim said she escaped from Bagley unharmed, and that she last saw him near Eureka Avenue and West Broad Street, according to Grove City police.

Bagley was arrested June 13 by Fairfield County Sheriff's deputies on Grove City charges of kidnapping and burglary charges involving his ex-girlfriend. Bagley was being treated at the Fairfield Medical Center for injuries he sustained while trying to harm himself, according to Grove City police.

After escaping from custody, Bagley apparently broke into a home on the 700 block of Pleasantville Road in Lancaster near the hospital by climbing through an unlocked second floor window, then came downstairs and surprised a woman and her children, a relative of the woman told NBC4. The intimidated woman gave Bagley the keys to her 2019 Hyundai Sante Fe and Bagley took her purse and drove off, he said.

Bagley is described by police as 6-foot, 212 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police say that Bagley is to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by members of the public. Anyone who sees Bagley should immediately dial 911. The U.S. Marshals are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information leading to his capture, and Grove City mayor Richard "Ike" Stage is offering an additional $5,000 for any information.
