New deviled-egg flavor at the state fair will 'blow you away'
Ohio's final entry in the yearly battle for the nation's weirdest state-fair foods: bubblegum-flavored deviled eggs. The Ohio Poultry Association announced the last of seven deviled-egg flavors Thursday that it plans to serve up at the Ohio State Fair, which opens Wednesday in Columbus. They'll all be available at the association's "Devilishly Good Egg Stand" in the Taste of Ohio Pavilion & Beer Garden.

Columbus City Schools teacher accused of kicking 5-year-old autistic student in lawsuit
A civil lawsuit was filed in federal court on Wednesday against the Columbus Board of Education and Jodi Fullerton, a teacher for the district.
