Greencastle man charged with causing thousands of dollars in damage by throwing rocks at cars on I-81
03 July 2024- Half a dozen charges are being levied against a 23 year old Greencastle man after he allegedly threw rocks at multiple vehicles on I-81 this week. Joshua Aaron Shelton has been charged with felony criminal mischief damaging property, misdemeanor propelling missiles into occupied vehicles, three misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor corruption of minors. Shelton is behind bars in Franklin County on $5,000 bail.
