Alabama law enforcement looking for 2 prison inmates who escaped while on assigned jobs
DECATUR, Ala. — Alabama’s Department of Corrections is looking for escaped inmate Randall Lane Sparks, last seen in Decatur. ADOC says Lane left his assigned job in Decatur in Clay County around 7:30 a.m. on July 26. Sparks, 62, was last seen wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt.
