Residents living in an affordable housing apartment complex are being told they have 60-days to move or face eviction notices. Back in March of 2023, the City's Historic Preservation Board voted to have developers add additional units, a rooftop pool, and an outside terrace to the Riviera Plaza Apartments, located at 337 20th St. in Miami Beach.
