Ross County humane agents, first responders save kitten from storm drain
CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (WSYX) — Fayette Regional Humane Society agents responded to a report regarding a kitten trapped in a storm drain in Chillicothe. Agents Brad Adams and Sidney Ford arrived at the scene and discovered a gray and white kitten trapped approximately eight feet down in the drain. After investigation, Adams realized their rescue equipment was insufficient to reach the kitten and requested a ladder.
