(Shenandoah) -- Recent Shenandoah High School graduate Abigail Martin looks forward to representing Fremont County at the Iowa State Fair. Martin was crowned 2024 Fremont County Fair Queen Thursday evening as festivities got underway at the Fremont County Fairgrounds in Sidney. A banned Iowa player won a jackpot in a casino, despite being self-excluded. The man, who used a fake identity, was arrested, prompting an investigation into the matter.
