KNIGHTSTOWN – Ethan Creed of Hancock County was among 75 youth from 32 counties to recently graduate from the Indiana Hoosier Youth Challenge Academy. The program is based in Knightstown and has graduated 2,600 students since 2007. HCYA offers military-based training to at-risk youth ages 16-18 who have not yet graduated from high school.
