Motel guests' wallets, phones taken while they slept in room
A woman was asleep in a Summit Township motel room on Monday night when she told the Pennsylvania State Police she was awakened by someone touching her. She said she got out of bed and found an unknown male lying next to the bed. The male said he was friends with her roommate, the woman told troopers.
Vehicle Strikes Deer, Bursts into Flames on I-90 in Ripley
The driver of a vehicle on I-90 eastbound in the Town of Ripley was able to escape injury after the vehicle became fully involved in flames Tuesday evening. According to the Ripley Fire Department, the flames broke out in the area of milepost 490.0 after the vehicle struck a deer at about 8:30 PM. Crews say the driver was able to get out of the vehicle before EMS crews arrived.

No Injuries After Car Gets Sandwiched on Chautauqua Lake Bridge
A car was demolished after it got pushed into a concrete barrier by a tractor-trailer on the Chautauqua Lake Bridge on I-86 early Tuesday evening. Chautauqua County dispatchers say the crash occurred in the westbound lanes shortly after 6:45 PM, with first responders from Bemus Point, Ashville and County EMS responding to the scene, along with State Police.
