Ashville Woman Accused of Making Online Purchases Using Stolen Credit Card Information
An Ashville woman faces four felony counts after she allegedly used someone's credit card information to make several online purchases. Lakewood-Busti Police say 29-year-old Alyssa Johnson illegally obtained the victim's information while working as a home health care aide and made the purchases without the victim's consent. Johnson was charged last Wednesday with two counts each of 4th-degree grand larceny and 4th-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She was issued an appearance ticket for Busti Town Court.
