Man in stable condition after being hit, dragged by car
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A person was hit by a car and seriously injured near the Hudson Avenue exit of Route 104 at around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Rochester Police found a 37-year-old homeless man on his bike, pinned under the car, when they got there. Officers and Rochester firefighters lifted the car off the man.

Deputies Ask Public to Help Find This Wanted Person of the Week
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating this week's Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week. The Oneida County Sheriff's Warrants Unit is looking for 45-year-old Noel J. Ciani of Utica on charges of violating her parole, according to Investigator Sahid Karcic. Police say, Ciani was last known to be living in Utica and she ultimately violated the terms and conditions of her parole.

General adult tickets to the fair cost $8 (up from $6 in 2023) and are available online. Parking is $12 per vehicle, up from $10 in 2023. Fair admission will once again be cashless (card only).
