Heavy rainfall Tuesday leads to flooded roads in Kerr County
SAN ANTONIO — Heavy rainfall Tuesday across the Hill Country has led to flooded roads and dangerous driving conditions. The Kerr County Sheriff's Office posted on Facebook that nearly every low water crossing was unsafe to cross. The area has received more than five estimated inches since early Tuesday morning, meteorologists say.
