Syracuse, N.Y. − A Franklin County man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to selling pounds of marijuana in exchange for a shoebox full of pistols. He made the deal with an undercover cop in Massena and was arrested immediately after, an agent from the Bureau of U.S. Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms said in a criminal complaint.
