Shelter Insurance Case Moves Forward
A case involving the Shelter Insurance Company which involves a former and current local agent will go to trial. According to a report by the Harrison Daily Times, A judge ruled this week that the complaint filed by Roger Earnest against his former employers may go to trial. Earnest filed the lawsuit against the company with also names current agent Matt McKinney.
