NEW YORK - Although New York is home to some of the most popular beaches, it also holds the title of one of the most dangerous states to swim in, according to one study. An analysis done by Florida-based law firm Anidjar & Levine used data from the U.S. Lifesaving Association (from 2021 to 2023) to find which states pose the highest risks to swimmers.

The East Coast Conference released its list of Commissioner's Honor Roll selections for the 2023-2024 season earlier today. CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Registration for Cedar Grove Fall Cross Country is now open, according to the Cedar Grove Department of Recreation. Limited spots are available for the Fall Cross Country Clinic, which is open to students in grades 1 through 3. The Clinic will be held on Tuesdays from September 17 to October 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Cedar Grove Park. It costs $50 per runner to register, with a $10 late fee after September 4.
