Vermont's only American Kennel Club all-breed dog show will be held at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds, organized by the Woodstock Dog Club (Thursday and Friday) and the Green Mountain Dog Club (Saturday and Sunday). Elevated levels of PCBs detected in Hartford High School
HARTFORD, Vt. (WCAX) - The Hartford School District is awaiting additional test results after elevated levels of PCBs were identified in certain buildings. The potentially cancer-causing chemical was located in the high school and adjoining technical center after air samples were taken by state officials. State law requires Vermont schools to be tested for the carcinogen.
