2 arrested for DWI and other reports

Deputies arrested Eduardo Iturbe Acevedo, 29, for driving while intoxicated after receiving a report of a reckless driver at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday on Broadway in Hartland.

Police arrested Solomon Martinez, 71, for DWI after receiving a report at 4:27 p.m. Wednesday of a male who was passed out at the wheel at South Broadway and East Main Street.

Juveniles arrested after vehicle stolen

A vehicle was reported stolen at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday at 910 S. Broadway. Police arrested two juvenile males tied to the theft.

1 arrested for obstructing, other charges

Police arrested Lupita Rambao, 31, for obstructing the legal process, driving after revocation and unpackaged marijuana in a motor vehicle after receiving a report at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday of a female yelling in the parking lot at 906 Luther Place and who was in and out of her vehicle.

Gas drive-off reported

Police received a report at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday of a gas drive-off that had occurred at about 7:15 a.m. at 1820 Margaretha Ave.

Wallet reported stolen

Police received a report at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday of a person who believed someone had stolen his wallet and was attempting to use his card at 2301 E. Main St.

Scams reported

Police received a report at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday of people who had been scammed out of $20,000 at a residence on Marie Avenue.

Police received a report at 4:42 p.m. Wednesday of people who had been scammed out of over $23,000 on Stevens Street.
