Huntsville Utilities is letting customers know that mail delays might cause your bill to show up later in the mail. Huntsville Utilities says the Postal Service informed them of the delays due to recent logistical changes. Huntsville Utilities says those changes are causing intermittent delays in mail delivery services and that the Postal Service is working to resolve those issues.
Construction set to begin on Huntsville’s Hays Farm Central Park

Zoning would restrict Huntsville development to single-family homes
The Huntsville Planning Commission approved zoning that will restrict the southern part of the Greenbrier Preserve development in Limestone County to single family homes. Developers want to build 401 homes on the 94-acre site south of Swancott Road and west of Rabbit Lane. But previous zoning would allow them to build more than 1,000 townhomes, 660 apartment units and a hotel on the site that is being called Greenbrier Preserve South.
