After fleeing a traffic stop, this white Toyota RAV4 broke down and rolled into a Torrington resident’s lawn, June 29. The driver fled on foot and was apprehended by Torrington Police Department. TPD indicated he was unlicensed and uninsured. The resident said she was in the driveway with her two infant children when the RAV4 rolled up without a driver.
