Hastings man charged for selling 2,500 fentanyl pills to undercover officers
HASTINGS, Neb. — A Hastings man faces charges after selling more than 2,000 Fentanyl pills during a controlled purchase now faces federal charges. Carlos Lopez Montoya, 30, is charged in U.S. District Court with conspiracy to distribute Fentanyl resulting in death and conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of fentanyl analogue.
