Four-star 2025 Hattiesburg defensive lineman Kevin Oatis Jr. has committed to Arkansas football.

Oatis is rated as the No. 11 recruit in Mississippi, according to the 247Sports Composite, and chose Arkansas over offers from Ole Miss, Mississippi State, LSU, Alabama, USC and others.

The 6-foot-2, 285-pound senior is ranked No. 295 nationally and the No. 34 recruit at defensive line.

Oatis joins Hartfield Academy's defensive lineman Reginald Vaughn as the second Arkansas commit from Mississippi after Vaughn committed to the Razorbacks in July.

With Oatis' commitment, Arkansas has 22 total commitments, including five four stars, in its 2025 class, which ranks No. 12 in the SEC and No. 28 in the country

Oatis is a 2024 Clarion Ledger Dandy Dozen selection.
