Northeast Iowa Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash
A northeast Iowa man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday (07.01) afternoon. The Iowa State Patrol says the fatal wreck occurred just before 4 pm in near Waucoma in Fayette County. A Chevy S10 truck, driven by 41-year-old Joshua Quail of Waucoma, was southbound on X Avenue when it approached an uncontrolled gravel intersection and collided with a Ford Edge, driven by 58-year-old Diana Mohlis of Hawkeye, that was westbound on 240 Street.

AMES, Iowa – America’s SBDC Iowa (SBDC) has announced that Elizabeth Christensen is the new Regional Director for the Iowa Western SBDC at Iowa Western Community College, located in Council Bluffs. Elizbeth Christensen will advise and train entrepreneurs and existing business owners in Pottawattamie, Shelby, Harrison, Page, Mills, Cass and Fremont counties. Elizabeth started in early June and is excited to continue supporting western Iowa businesses.
