A Tucson man finds himself facing a serious charge after a recent indictment by a federal grand jury. Santiago Luis Valencia, Jr., 34, an enrolled member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, has been indicted on one count of Second Degree Murder, carrying the heavy weight of potentially life-altering consequences if convicted, including life in prison.
3 out-of-town hikers rescued from Camelback Mountain during excessive heat
PHOENIX – Three out-of-town hikers were rescued from Camelback Mountain on Friday after succumbing to the extreme Phoenix heat. The three adults sought help after they were overcome by heat and ran out of water on their way down the Echo Canyon Trail, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

Police officials said the boy’s body was found decmposing in upright position in the family’s living room. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that the 9-year-old boy was dead for an xtended period of time because his father never provided the help his child needed.
