The law is drawing criticism from shelter directors for targeting the homeless and failing to address issues like housing. Kim Webb, director of the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky in Covington, said the law is clearly aimed at the homeless, who often have no place to turn once shelters are full.

SCIENCE HILL, Ky. (WYMT) - Kentucky State Police, Post 11, was called out at approximately 11:45 p.m. to a crash on US 27 near Old Norwood Road in Pulaski County, on Saturday.
