A woman is facing robbery and murder charges after she fatally shot a store clerk in Dallas last Monday, according to the Dallas Police Department. The shooting occurred at A&A Mart in the 300 block of S. Marsalis Avenue at about 5:45 a.m. on Monday, July 8, the police department said in a news release.

FERRIS, Texas — Traffic is reduced to one lane on part of I-45 just north of Ferris after an 18-wheeler carrying yogurt caught fire Tuesday, officials say. The truck caught fire in the northbound lanes of I-45 because of mechanical problems with the trailer, according to the Wilmer Fire Department.
