Dallas home sales decline in June
Home sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex declined 11.6% year over year in June, according to the most recent report from the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. Active listings increased by 44.7% amid decreased home sales, with 27,901 properties on the market last month.
