Gas prices are dropping in central Pennsylvania compared to last week, Gasbuddy data shows. Average gasoline prices in Harrisburg have fallen 3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.63/gallon today, according to GasBuddy's survey of 241 stations in Harrisburg. Prices in Harrisburg are 0.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 5.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
