A mother in Atlanta reportedly shot her daughter dead before turning the gun on herself in a suspected murder-suicide. Police identified the woman as Qiana Rainley as identified by the county Medical Examiner as per FOX5. DeKalb County Police detailed in a statement: “At this time, it appears to be a murder-suicide involving a mother and her 11-year-old daughter. The investigation is ongoing.”
