Man charged with kidnapping, robbing another man before leading police on a chase
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have arrested an 18-year-old man who they said kidnapped a man as he robbed him, then was caught after a police chase and crash. Adrian Starks is charged with robbery, kidnapping, evading arrest in a vehicle and evading arrest on foot, and no driver’s license. MPD said he also has previous arrests for domestic assault, aggravated stalking, violation of protection order, and violation of bail conditions. He is in the Shelby County Jail on a total bond of $37,500.

From ages 6-17, each student had a masterpiece of work. Students of ages 6-12 did pottery, drawings and paintings while students of 13-17 did paintings and portfolio preparation.
