Rome, N.Y. — More than 20,000 homes and businesses are without power in Oneida County Wednesday morning, hours after a storm that raced through Upstate New York. More than 100,000 NYSEG and National Grid customers are without power across the state. Oneida County is the hardest hit with 20,727 National Grid customers out. Rome has 10,367 customers without electricity.
