Babies R Us makes its return. Where you'll be able to find them in NY
Babies R Us is making a comeback later this year as 25 Kohl's locations throughout New York will house shops filled with baby essentials. Kohl's announced a partnership with WHP Global, the parent company of Babies R Us, in March to bring "baby gear, furniture, activity and more" to its stores by the fall of 2024.
N.Y. Gov. Kathy Hochul warns it could feel like 100 degrees or more this week
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Gov. Kathy Hochul is warning New Yorkers of the impending heat that is set to blanket the state once again. A heat advisory has again been declared for New York City, as well as Long Island, the Mid-Hudson, Mohawk Valley, the Southern Tier and the Capital regions, a written statement said, as temperatures reach “feel-like levels” in the 95-to-104-degree range today and tomorrow.

A big name in movies has announced that they are closing 24,000 locations including 300 in New York and 15+ in the Hudson Valley.
