South Euclid council approves regulations for short-term home rentals, adds to city’s smoke-free zones
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- City Council approved legislation Monday (July 22) to regulate the use of homes for short-term rentals, such as those connected with Airbnb. The city already had regulations for long-term rentals on its books, but has now added such regulations for rentals of up to 30 days.
