Watch: Storms down trees, power lines in Highland Heights

HIGHLAND H E IGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – Stormy conditions that swept through Northeast Ohio caused some damage Tuesday evening.

As seen in the video above, strong winds and rain downed power lines and trees in Highland Heights, creating a mess for residents on Wilson Mills Road.

FOX 8 meteorologists reported pop-up rain showers and thunderstorms across the area, but the highest rain and storm coverage this week will come Wednesday as a cold front approaches. Learn more about the forecast here.
