A New 20-Story Assisted Living Tower is Coming to Dallas
A new 20-story assisted living building is coming to 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd in the Oaklawn neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The project, currently named Vivante Turtle Creek, will feature 164 assisted living units and 29 memory care units. The development will include two levels of underground parking, bringing the total space to an impressive 372,300 square feet. Vivante Turtle Creek will stand alongside the newly constructed Hanover Turtle Creek, adding to the area’s growing skyline.
