Morganton man accused of animal cruelty, breaking and entering
MORGANTON, N.C. (WBTV) - Burke County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested one person after receiving reports of breaking and entering and animal cruelty. Investigators said that they received video footage of the incident on July 16 and identified Dustin Timothy McCormack as the person in the video. They also were shown footage from a Facebook Live video that allegedly showed McCormack referring to the incident.
