A Monday morning fire in Revere that left an 80-year-old man dead likely started with smoking materials, fire officials announced. Revere firefighters went to 104 Patriot Parkway around 5:45 a.m. Monday after neighbors heard smoke alarms sounding, Revere Fire Chief Christopher P. Bright, Revere Police Chief David J.
