Heated Argument Between YG And Saweetie Leads To Cops Being Called To Their Los Angeles Home

There was some drama for YG and Saweetie recently, TMZ reports that the couple had an encounter with the police following a heated disagreement.

According to sources from law enforcement who spoke to TMZ, the rapper duo had a serious dispute at their residence in the Los Angeles area on Saturday afternoon. The argument escalated to the point where a concerned neighbor decided to contact the police. Authorities quickly arrived at the home, where they promptly separated YG and Saweetie. The news outlet also reports that the argument stemmed from some issues related to a cell phone.

After talking to both individuals, the police concluded that there had been no physical altercation; it was merely a loud argument. Fortunately, YG and Saweetie were unharmed following the incident. Officers ensured that the couple settled down before departing. A noncriminal report was filed to record the event, but no illegal activity was reported.

The relationship between these two has been quite the ride. They first sparked romance rumors in April 2023 when they were seen getting close at Coachella. A month later, the rappers publicly acknowledged their relationship during a trip to Mexico, where they displayed plenty of affection.
