Adria English, who previously sued Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged sex trafficking, has now submitted a criminal complaint against him.

In July, English had previously initiated a lawsuit against Diddy, 54, claiming he compelled her to participate in sex work while working as an entertainer at his “white parties,” which took place at his residences in New York and Miami. As we previously reported, English had accused Combs and two other individuals of sex trafficking her from 2004 to 2009. English further alleged that she was coerced into using drugs and was “unable to remember details” from the Miami “white parties” due to the heightened pressure to “participate in illegal drug and alcohol use” while working for Combs.

US Weekly received a statement from English’s team regarding the new filing. “Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her journey to justice starting with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now with the filing of a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department,” Ariel E. Mitchell said. “Ms. English hopes to file an additional criminal complaint in New York but has been precluded to this point as New York requires an individual to be in person in order to file a criminal complaint. We look forward to hopefully being able to pursue justice as quickly as possible with the support of others who are interested in standing with her against the injustice she and others have faced at the hands of Mr. Combs,” the statement concluded.

The lawsuit included Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Vibe Magazine, and Penske Media Corporation, among others.

Combs’ attorney Jonathan Davis called the allegations “baseless” in a statement issued to Entertainment Weekly .

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” Davis said. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”
