As previously reported, the former child star was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery on August 8 after police were summoned to Universal Studios in Los Angeles. According to police reports, Jackson and her boyfriend allegedly became involved in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation, with authorities indicating that Skai was the aggressor in the situation.

Despite these allegations, both Skai and her boyfriend have denied that any physical confrontation took place. In fact, Jackson described the incident as a significant misunderstanding. In a shocking spin, she also disclosed that the couple is engaged and expecting their first child together. Following her arrest, Jackson was taken into custody but was released several hours later after posting a $20,000 bail.

Subsequently, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office chose not to file charges against the 22-year-old actress. A representative for Skai shared her feelings of relief regarding the outcome. In a statement provided to Us Weekly on Saturday, September 7, the rep remarked, “Skai is relieved that the investigation revealed that this was nothing more than a misunderstanding. We appreciate that the DA determined very quickly that there should be no charges of any kind, and Skai looks forward to putting this behind her.”

At this time, it remains unclear whether Skai and her boyfriend are indeed expecting their first child together, as she has not publicly confirmed this information. Additionally, she has not further commented on the incident or her relationship status. Nevertheless, she has resumed her social media activity as if nothing has occurred.
