CALEXICO — How many of us would have welcomed an opportunity to try something again after failing one time? Second chances can be powerful motivators. That is exactly the case for 39 lucky students in Calexico, who were granted the opportunity of a second chance at graduating high school during a ceremony on Wednesday evening, July 17. These students faced obstacles and challenges throughout their academic careers that led them to fall behind in the credits necessary to graduate.
