Calling all bookworms, the city of Calimesa will celebrate the groundbreaking of its long-anticipated library next week. Calimesa’s Mayor Bill Davis and his wife Jackie, are no strangers to the library's history and have been generous donors to the cause. Mayor Davis said, “This is about 30 years in the making. The city and library committee have really worked and pushed for this. This is something that the city has needed and it’ll help our community come together even more.”
