CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Kanawha County man is headed to prison in one of the most sophisticated drug manufacturing operations ever uncovered in West Virginia. Timothy Jackson, 44, of South Charleston was given a 14-year federal prison term for operating a pill lab out of an apartment in St. Albans.
