Maryland man due in Putnam County court Wednesday for extradition hearing
WINFIELD — A Maryland man wanted for the murder of a probation officer back in his hometown will have an extradition hearing Wednesday morning in Winfield. Judge Joseph Reeder will preside over the 9 a.m. hearing Wednesday in Putnam County Circuit Court for Emanuel Sewell of Chevy Chase, Maryland. Sewell was arrested on I-64 near Hurricane Saturday evening after U.S. Marshals received information he was travelling in the area.
